Once we receive your request, our team will review the case and get back to you within 5 business days. If we determine that a refund is applicable, we will process it according to the terms mentioned above.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to process, depending on the payment method.

If you are not satisfied with the initial service provided, we will make reasonable efforts to modify or adjust the service to meet your expectations. This includes, but is not limited to:

4. Service Cancellation by the Client

If you wish to cancel a service contract before the work has begun, we offer a full refund of any advance payments made. If work has already commenced, we will discuss the terms for partial refunds based on the stage of service delivery.

5. Service Cancellation by Wish2Cart

In rare cases, Wish2Cart may need to cancel a service contract due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel the service before completion, you will receive a full refund for any payments made, or we will provide a credit towards future services, depending on the nature of the cancellation.

6. No Refunds for Completed or Finalized Work

Once a service has been completed, delivered, or finalized, no refund will be issued. This applies to services such as web development, graphic design, digital marketing campaigns, and other completed projects.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes related to the service provided, we encourage clients to reach out to our customer support team for resolution. If an issue cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to seek mediation before taking any legal action.
